TekSIP is a SIP Registrar and Stateless SIP Proxy for Windows. You can use freeware version for both commercial and personal use. We only ask you to provide feedback.
TekSIP tested on Microsoft Windows XP and Windows 2003 server. Please see insallation requirements at Support section. and don't forget to read Readme.txt file comes with the distribution.
Major features
1.Supports features described in RFC 3261 and ENUM (e164.arpa domain only, ENUM lookup is performed just for INVITE requests).
2.Logs system messages, errors and session information to a log file.

5.Supports RADIUS Authentication (RFC 2865) and RADIUS Accounting (RFC 2866) with the method described in draft-sterman-aaa-sip-00.txt and draft-schulzrinne-sipping-radius-accounting-00.txt respectively.
6.Can optionally act as a B2BUA for incoming 3xx SIP responses.
7.You can define a default SIP route or prefix based routes for particular SIP endpoints for outgoing calls.
8.You can redirect calls to alternate endpoint when called endpoint is unavailable (Off-line, busy…).
9.You can monitor active registrations and SIP calls in real-time.
10.Clears expired registrations automatically.
11.Stores configuration data in the installation directory (.ini file).
